Hi! I’m Kate!
I’m SO glad you’re here and excited to let you get to know me a little better!
I was born & raised on Long Island, NY and have loved Real Estate ever since I can remember (it’s true: ask my parents!). I went to St. John's University (Go Red Storm!) and majored in Business Management. I did an internship in NYC in Commercial real estate before graduating college. After college, I got a job at a large retailer and worked as an assistant manager, then a regional sales manger and finally an analyst for the NY Metro Division!
Although I loved my job as an analyst, I had an overwhelming desire to find a creative way to merge my two greatest passions – my burning desire for real estate and my love of helping people – into a self-sustaining career. My hope was to share these passions in a way that would make a real difference to people that would one day become like family to me through the medium of my social media. I wanted to create a place that would allow me to be open about my struggles to get my business off the ground, with the hope of encouraging other entrepreneurs with their own. And I wanted the freedom to share what was working for me. The Software, the devices, the trendy clothing we are forced to keep up with in order to maintain our "professional" image! I knew that I wanted to encourage others to chase their dreams of homeownership! I also wanted to be a resource for other entrepreneurs to help build their very own business and connect with their followers. Although I wasn’t sure how to make these things happen, I realized I needed to leave the corporate retail world behind, and become my own boss.
To make a long story short, I took a leap of faith and launched my Social Media Site in 2016. I had no idea what I was doing, but I loved that posting and creating stories allowed me to help others who were looking to buy, sell or just grow their business. It gave me an opportunity to share all the products that have transformed my business, in hopes that it would also help improve someone else's!
Today
Fast forward about 4 years, to now where being a Licensed Sales Agent and "Influencer” is now my full time job and one of my greatest joys. It means the world to me that you guys choose to keep up with my life, my career, my family, etc! I LOVE the community that we have built here and my greatest hope is that my platform – my social media channels, encourages and inspires you in some way. I hope that when you leave this website or my Instagram you feel confident to buy or sell a home with me, or that you are inspired to put on a cute outfit, breakout your laptop & kick your business into high gear!

I married my best friend and the love of my life, Steve, in September of 2016. We are both work-a-holics and although it drives me crazy, it's one of the reasons I love him so much! We have a giant fluff ball cat named Orion and he is spoiled rotten! I love running, a good cheeseboard, traveling, and I could have chocolate 7 nights a week.
